To conserve energy, daylight-saving time started three weeks earlier and will end one week later this year. If you use Automatic Updates or visit Windows Update regularly, then your computer probably adjusted to the new daylight-saving time start date back in March and you don't need to do anything to prepare for the new date in November.
Make sure that both your Windows operating system and your calendar programs are updated so you don't miss any important meetings or appointments that are scheduled during the extended "fall-back" period (October 28–November 4).
